THIRD DAY BOTANICS

It started with a question I never stopped asking...

I've always had an affinity with animals. Growing up in a family of meat eaters, it never sat well with me, and I never enjoyed it. So in 1996, I became vegetarian.

That one decision opened a door. As I felt the benefits, I wanted to go further, and in 2002 I became vegan. The change was remarkable. My energy, stamina and strength all improved. I felt sharper, more focused, more finely tuned than I ever had.

Once you start paying attention, you can't stop...

Going vegan made me look closely at everything I was putting into my body, not just what came from animals, but the synthetic additives and ingredients I'd never questioned before. I became more conscious and more aware, and I wanted to get back to something purer. A Garden of Eden way of living: simple, natural, as nature intended.

Then came my skin...

My skin has always been sensitive and reacted to almost everything. After more than 30 years working in the beauty industry, I knew what went into most products, and if I cared this much about what went into my body, why was I compromising on what went onto it? So I completed training on how to formulate, using only the finest organic plant ingredients. It worked. That became Third Day Botanics.

Why "Third Day"?

In Genesis, the third day of creation is when plants were made. Everything we create begins there, with the plant.

Every product is founder-formulated, drawing on over 30 years in the beauty industry, and made in England from organic, plant-based ingredients.We have nothing to hide: no parabens, no PEGs, no silicones, no mineral oil. We give back, supporting animal welfare, cancer and mental health charities. And we keep pushing botanical innovation forward.
